Return & Exchanges
Returns are free within 30 days of receiving your order — no need to notify us in advance. A prepaid DHL return label is included with every order. Please note that we can only accept items that are unworn and in clean condition (trying something on doesn't count as worn). Exchanges are also free of charge — just drop us a quick email with your order number and what you'd like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund right away. The amount will be returned via your original payment method and typically arrives within 3–5 business days.
