Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
Our customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item of goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (Yellamaris Wäsche-Bade-Beach GmbH, Hoffmannstr. 16, 32105 Bad Salzuflen) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email to office@yellamaris.de) of their decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If the customer withdraws from this contract, we are required to refund all payments we have received from them, excluding shipping costs, promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the withdrawal of the contract. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed; under no circumstances will the customer be charged any fees as a result of this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back, or until the customer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. The customer must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which they informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the fourteen-day period has expired.
The return shipment is free of charge for the customer, provided they use the return label received from us upon registering the withdrawal. The customer must bear the cost of any diminished value of the goods if that loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
